Rates apply to advance reservations made by May 1, 2020 • Extra person’s charge for all persons, regardless of age. Maximum guest occupancy is 4 persons for Types B, & C and 2 persons for Types A, D and E • For types B & C rooms the base price is for two people. Any additional persons regardless of age will be an additional $lO/night. A deposit of one-night’s rental plus tax is required to confirm reservations of 5 nights or less, two-night’s rental plus tax for six nights or more. Balance due on arrival to be paid in Cash, Visa, Discover, MC, or American Express (no personal checks or money orders) • The deposit is refundable if cancellation is made at least 14 days or more in advance of arrival – subject to a 25% service charge · Deposits are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. No refunds for early departure . No prom or senior week reservations . Persons under 25 years of age must check-in with parents who are also staying as guests . Valid driver’s license or photo identification and a valid credit card required for check-in. A security deposit may apply for special event weekends. No pets. One parking space available per room. Misrepresentation voids reservation.
